How long does it take to receive a quotation?

We aim to respond to all quotation requests within 1 business day. For complex or large orders, it may take slightly longer as we confirm pricing directly with our distributors. We will always keep you informed.

Are there any hidden fees or additional charges?

No hidden fees. Every quotation we provide is transparent and fully itemised. Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly stated in your quote before you commit to anything.

Can I get a better price for bulk or corporate orders?

Yes. Corporate and bulk orders may qualify for additional pricing consideration depending on volume and product type. Contact us directly to discuss your requirements and we will do our best to secure the most competitive rate available.

Are your products genuine?

Yes. Every product sold by CNSLT is 100% genuine, sourced exclusively through authorised distribution channels. CNSLT is an authorised Dell and Lenovo reseller — all products are officially sourced with no grey market involvement.

Do products come with a manufacturer warranty?

Yes. All products come with the official manufacturer warranty — a minimum of 1 year for most products. The warranty is backed directly by Dell or Lenovo, not a third party. This is one of the key benefits of purchasing through an authorised reseller.

Do you carry stock or is everything sourced to order?

CNSLT primarily operates on a source-to-order model. Rather than holding large amounts of warehouse stock, we procure each order directly from our authorised distributors. This is what allows us to keep costs low and offer competitive pricing — but it does mean delivery takes a little longer than buying off-the-shelf.

How long does delivery take?

Typical delivery lead time is 1–3 weeks from the date of order confirmation. This is because we source each order directly from authorised distributors rather than holding warehouse stock. The exact timeline depends on product availability and current distributor stock levels, which we will confirm at the time of quotation.

Can delivery take longer than 3 weeks?

In rare cases — such as high-demand products, limited distributor stock, or wider supply chain disruptions — delivery may take longer than 3 weeks. CNSLT will always inform you proactively before you commit and will provide regular updates throughout the process.

Do you deliver nationwide?

Yes. We deliver across Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak). Delivery charges and lead times for East Malaysia may differ — these will be clearly stated in your quotation.

Can I self-collect my order?

Please contact us to discuss this option. Self-collection availability depends on the fulfilment arrangement for your specific order and may not always be possible given our source-to-order model.

How do I place an order?

Submit a quotation request via our online form or WhatsApp. Once we provide a confirmed quote and you formally accept it, we will proceed to place the order with our distributor on your behalf. Payment terms will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

Can I cancel or change my order after confirming?

Once an order has been placed with our distributor, changes or cancellations may not be possible or may incur charges depending on the distributor’s terms. Please review your quotation carefully before confirming. We are happy to answer any questions before you commit.

What if my product arrives damaged or faulty?

Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email with photos or a description of the issue. We will liaise with the distributor and manufacturer on your behalf to arrange a replacement, repair, or warranty claim as quickly as possible.

Do you offer on-site setup or installation?

Yes. On-site installation and technical support is available as a separate service. Contact us to discuss your requirements and we will arrange a suitable visit.
